insert.pl の日本語対応
久々に POPFile をいじってみた。insert.pl を日本語対応にした。パッチを

に投稿。
メールを1行ずつ読み取ってデコードおよび分かち書きをするという方針に変更したおかげで、insert.pl の変更は非常にすっきりしたものとなった。
